Return Policy

Products return after 30days from the date of acknowledgement will not be accepted. Any return of products must be at the original packaging in new condition for price refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fees. The internal structure of the products cannot be opened and once opened, we cannot entertain return and refund. If the products are free shipping or shipping charges included, these charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

A copy of the original invoice must be included when returning. Shipping charges or insurance for products returned will be the responsible of the buyer. When the products are shipped and the buyer decides to cancel during shipment or in the cause of shipping, the buyer will be charged with two (2) shipping charges. Shipping times are only estimated to the nearest arrival date only. Buyers have to cooperate with us for filling freight claim form for any damage products or products lost in transit so that we can claim from shipping company.
