1. Will the water pillow leak?

2. Will the water in the water pillow smell?

No. Using purified or RO water will not smell. We suggest you change water every 6months to 1 year to keep fresh water supply in the OCA Water Pillow.

3. Will sleeping on a water pillow cause rheumatism?

No. The OCA Water Pillow is totally sealed so there will be no water leakage. Thus, you will not have direct contact with the water.

4. Is time consuming to fill in the water and what type of water should be used?

In order to avoid chlorine smell, we suggest you to use purified or RO water. Since the pillow is small in size, it takes very fast to fill.

5. When you feel too cold and uncomfortable of the OCA Water Pillow, what you should do?

When it is in cold weather, especially in winter, in order to enjoy all the goodness and sleep very comfortably is to use a little thicker comforter that you can get it from furniture shops or supermarkets. With the comforter & the pillow casing, the uncomfortable PVC material & the coldness will be covered.

Once your water pillow is covered with comforter & pillow casing, when you see that the water pillow is too high in height, you can re-adjust the height by opening the foam compartment valve (The side with logo), press it to your desired height & close the valve. When you think that when you sleep, the water pillow does not give you the softness and the comfort, it could be due to too much water had been filled. You can drain some water out from the pillow and the water pillow will become softer.
